Active Community Integration
Belonging happens out in the world. We support people to take part in their community in ways that are meaningful to them.
That might mean joining a class, volunteering, visiting the library, going to a game, or simply becoming a familiar face at the local coffee shop. Support workers go alongside, building confidence until people can do more on their own.
Support is flexible — a few hours a week or several days — and can be funded privately or through programs like Ontario's Passport Program.
